We are a family owned & operated business. Our specialty is energy efficient lighting for the hospitality industry. The many concepts we service include Denny's, IHOP, Coco's, Red Robin, Golden Corral, Fazoli's, Bahama Breeze & Applebee's.
The company was started in 1998 by Bruce & Kristine Sweeny of Mesa Arizona when their family relocated from Coconut Creek Florida. The name of the company is based on a local landmark here in Mesa.
